yes he has a better resume than calz but i feel calz is the better, more talented fighter. you never saw lewis construct anything like the level of performance we saw against lacy, lets not hide from it it was damn, damn impressive. i also saw calz fight brewer and it was clear he had some serious skills.

We never needed to see that kind of performance because Lewis was too busy obliterating his average opponents instead of slapping his way to a UD. I'd also add Lewis's domination of Tua wasn't far off from Zag's performance. I refuse to say Zag has more talent since he has to start using it, I don't care how late in his career it is. If he wants respect and admiration, he's gotta' ****ing earn it like everybody else.

hey, i think he's more than earned respect now. 41-0-0, 18 title defences, unified champ, did he even lose 10 seconds against lacy?

Hah, unified champ. That makes me giggle. He's been unified sicne his last fight, and after the Kessler/Beyer fight, they have just as much a claim to the throne as Zag does. Being 41-0 against mediocre competition means that he's a good fighter... but I'm not getting my panties wet over it. His 2 biggest names on his 41-0 resume are a washed up Eubank and now (what appears to have been) an overrated Lacy.

I doubt the fights will happen though, just like Benn/Jones Jr and Lewis/Bowe never happened, like Toney/Eubank and Mayweather/Hamed. The fights never do happen
hatton has 3-4 more fights... until he changes his style into a boxer. he said so himself. he has at least 6 more fights left in him

I think Lewis has the best names on his resume in Tyson and Holyfield, ofcourse.

The most talented? They were ALL extremely talented apart from Lewis. Yes, Extremely talented in their own ways, every one of them, Benn, Eubank, Naz, Calzaghe, and ofcourse Hatton.

I would say probably Eubank was the most talented, at his very very best that is, guy was poetry.

It's between Nigel and Lennox. Seeing Lennox knocked out by McCall, though, and Benn coming back to beat McClellan..

lewis has never fought anybody near their best, his resume is the worst of that list. holyfield and tyson from 96-97 both take the 99-02 lewis every time out, tony tucker of the mid-80s takes the 93 lewis without doubt. ruddock is the one good win of his career, but ruddock was never the same since tyson punched the fight out of him and lewis had already beaten ruddock as an amateur anyway.
