The second fight was close but still a loss for Canelo.

People tend to disparage compubox when it serves their purpose. Every damn fight...and I mean EVERY DAMN FIGHT, compubox is the one constant entity that THE SPORT ITSELF refers to to gauge the possible outcome of a fight OR to compare the fighters performance.

A very small portion of fight fans think they can win an argument by simply putting down compubox. These naysayers should stop what they're doing and become judges.

The diva embarrassed himself in the first fight with his 1 minute of fighting 2 minutes of running so even though he gassed in the 2nd fight too, it was still an improvement.

There is no doubt he improved. I give him credit for that. Here's the thing. I and others noticed when he was in the center of the ring in the first fight he did better. So what does Sanchez do?? Goads Canelo to fight in the center of the ring. LOL.. It probably didn't matter because Canelo's trainers aren't ******. They had to have noticed this and made the correct adjustments. Sanchez ****ed up and deserved to be fired. Not for just this. Look at the videos coming from Golovkin's gym pre Canelo. They are usually the same thing. Golovkin hitting the mitts with power but showing little head movement. Golovkin picks shots off with his gloves Unfortunately when punches are coming fast and furious the opposing fighter gets disproportional credit for punches that don't land flush. They often get counted as scoring blows. Sanchez likes this style but it doesn't always work work against top fighters. A top fighter has to be versatile. That has to be practised. Teeing off on the mitts over and over is not practising to be versatile.

And obviously that’s your opinion. You don’t have experience like Moretti near the canvas

Good analysis. I think Banks will help and I'm looking forward to the Oct, fight to see how that's working.
That said, I give credit to Alvarez for a great chin. I thought he was ready to go in the 10th round of the 2nd fight but like all good fighters, he fought back when he was hurt and GGG had expended a lot of energy and just didn't have enough to finish him. Still no way Golovkin didn't win both fights.
