I edited my post a minute after I originally made it and included Jermall as I realized he doesn't have a fight lined up in the fall/winter time. Hogan makes some sense there if he wants to go up to MW.

No one who hasn't done shi..tt in a division should be getting a shot at 3 belts. If he was fighting for just one belt, I won't have a problem with it.

He has to earn it. And I expect either AJ or Ruiz to drop that belt, if WBO forces the mandatory before undisputed.

Others have commented on obvious ******ity of your "entitlement" comment so I won't beat that dead horse into molecules, but I wonder what is the rationale behind being ok with a title shot at one belt, but not at three? Why does this substantively matter? Where do you draw the line, at two? What if there were four belts on the line, would you propose a more stringent requirements to those who you think are "permitted" to fight for 3 belts? So many questions...

I like Usyk but for me he has to prove himself at heavy no matter about Hearn trying to get him a straight shot at the title because he could being undisputed at Cruiser.This doesn't fit any where and is another nothing fight that proves very little.

What happened to Carlos Takam? I thought Oleksandr Usyk was supposed to fight him next. This is the third time they have postponed that fight.

Carlos Takam decided to drop everything and get a new management or promoter, which made it difficult to seal the deal... thats what i heard

Cruserweight < Heavyweight. I don't believe Usyk can achieve something important in HW because he's physically too weak and he shouldn't have been given a chance to fight top 20 HW fighters until he beats someone from top 30 first.

Evander Holyfield probably one of the greatest CW i have ever seen had to cross gloves with the likes of : James Tillis , Pinklon Thomas, MICHAEL DOKES, ALEX STEWART to name a few BEFORE he got a shot at a HW BELT.


and Usyk's resume at HW is against TBA = Sponge and then gets a MANDATORY shot at the HW belt/S !?!?!

Usyk is going to make Sproioioioioioioioioioing look like a bobble head doll before he flat out KOs him. THEN we can start looking forward to Usyk taking on some serious HW talent. It will be interesting to see how he does in the next few fights. I have my doubts, but it all depends on how well he can take a big HW punch. Looking forward to it.

Terrible fight considering that Spong isn't even a natural heavyweight and is a kickboxer by trade. Spong was KOd by Gohkan Saki, another little man, in K1. Started his career at middleweight LOL!

If this is Uysk "testing the waters" at heavyweight then he should just stay at cruiserweight. This fight would actually be better suited at that weight class.
