Edit: Plus Davis just moved up to the weight as well. Lightweight is where it's at for Loma right now. I can appreciate wanting to be undisputed at 130 as well, but lightweight is an original 8 weight class and it can secure his legacy.
Ryan Garcia is not a good fight

Therefore, I want all you boxing fans to imagine Top Rank matchmaking protocol!
Stop your damn lying, liar. You always have people saying stuff they never said. GGG never said he would fight anybody from 154 to 168 and Arum never said he only wants the best from 126 to 135 for Loma. Loma fights a good opponent every time. No Rocky Fielding quality cherry picks. Clearly he is done with 126 and wants to unify 135 and then drop to 130 and unify that weight class. Nothing wrong with that plan. You are just a hater of good Eastern European fighters like Loma and GGG and Loma's good win this weekend has you working overtime hating on him.

If Haney wins his eliminator he earned his shot just like Toyota Corolla. And moreso than Marriage & Campbell.

Hearn better do his job and get our fighter his shot just like he got both of his Euro's their shot
I check out Haney' on boxrec and he is ranked number 13. The highest ranked fighter he ever beat is ranked 67th in the world so basically he hasn't done shyt yet for anybody to say number 1 Loma is ducking him. There are more proven higher ranked lightweights Loma can fight. Who the hell is Toyota Corolla? You should have enough respect to call these boxers by their right name. You are another hater of good Eastern European boxers and it shows in your constant trashing of Loma and GGG. If Haney is ever the top challenger Loma will fight him. Campbell was the man he had to beat to win the vacant title and Campbell was ranked number 1.

            Makes sense.

            He's nothing special.

Probably in a couple years no one will even remember his name.

Let's get Commey-Lopez over so Loma can wreck that scrub and move on to 140.

I know he says he don't wanna, but after beating Campbell what more can the division offer besides one last title belt?

Haney just needs to win his next fight and get made mandatory. Then let the sanctioning body rotation play itself out until it's his turn.

If Haney wins a belt in his next fight and takes on a top contender, I think the fight will reach a high point to be made mid next year. I am a fan of both guys so I think I'm being reasonable as to the expectation of when the fight can be made. I dont believe in over-marination of fights cause things go wrong when waited out too long.

Posted this in another thread. While I do think some fans use the "He Needs To Fight Somebody" as a deterrent to keep their favorite fighters from fighting a potential threat. I would like to see Devin in some good fights before jumping in with Loma!

Arum is right though, Shakur Stevenson is more talented and development wise he is way ahead of Haney, Teofimo Lopez, Ryan Garcia, Michael Conlan and the rest and it is not even close

With that being said, Devin Haney steps up and beat down some quality names and he becomes Mandatory which is not too far away from happening then I hope he gets his shot with no excuses from Old Bob

But Yeah some good step ups for Haney...

any one of those guys would be a greatest test
