I didn't say ****** was a scam. I said this Pac shìtcoin was a scam. There's a difference to being a legitimate ******currency like ******* which requires proof of work or government backed digital currencies and being an outright get rich quick scheme. A lot of people are just trying to print money by creating tokens that are backed by nothing and have no use cases and hoping that marketing and hype will fool enough investors to make a quick buck.

The ******currency fad died down because 99.9999% of altcoins are scams. You can add PacCoin to the list of scams which will lose all their value in a matter of months and leave a bunch of idiots holding the bag.

the GCTA is a actually a good law, the problem is the implementation and it's exactly why there's an outcry right now, it was not followed properly
