Salty? I suppose it must be hard to take all these fighters loving it in the UK being made to feel like gods, getting paid well and getting fair treatment in the fights too. No robberies on a British card.

Or go fight in america and just get hated on for less money and nobody watching.

A lot of British boxers are going to start moving out of the UK once they attain a certain level of success soon. Perhaps then, some of these idiots will start appreciating homegrown talents more. Tyson Fury is doing the right thing. AJ will most likely follow the same path when he beats Ruiz in Dec and I won't be surprised if he ends up moving to America and start fighting around the world. And I expect a lot of the young talented ones to do the same in future.

It's similar to how the British formula 1 fans shi..tted on Lewis Hamilton during Vettel's dominance and wrote him off. And now that he's on his way to becoming the most dominant driver ever - they're all back on his nut and they want him to move back to the UK. Fu..ck off. And I also see a pattern with young football players who have started taking their talents to Germany, after they saw how successful Sancho became out there.

The UK has a way of building its athletes up to tear them down whilst being star struck for foreigners. It's just pathetic. And it's basically why I laugh when some idiotic yanks accuse Brits of nationalism, lol. Glory hunters aren't nationalists - a lot of them are just wh0res for fame/success.

Luke Campbell was terrific the other night. He will be a world champion. I'm in awe of this writer's skill at his craft. He makes Chris Williams look like grade school fodder. Only racists ascribe to Williams in the most backwards and low life way. But this writer, Trix Dixon, he's on another level with his craft, the Loma in his craft. With that said and with what Tony Bellew in another piece expressed, Loma is a God in boxing who makes great fighters look average and many of them just quit. He'd make a shorter fighter look ******.

I seriously doubt you would find a single Brit with no Ukrainian roots shouting Loma's name at the o2. According to 2017 census, there are 31K Ukrainians in the UK - a number that seems very low based on my personal experience. Add to this Ukrainians making a trip from other Europian countries and coming from Ukraine - I am sure the o2 had at least a couple of thousands of Ukrainians cheering Loma on. And they would have been a lot louder than the Brits. For Brits it's just another boxing match, for Ukrainians, this is their chance to put their flag out there and claim their hero.

However, when it comes to boxing and other sports, apart from football, cricket and rugby - there's no real loyalty amongst Brits to homegrown talents. And it's shameful because this pattern has been there for a long time. It's just pathetic. Seeing the fans at the o2 shouting Loma's name when Campbell needed all the support in the world was bizarre and it just shows how ****** a lot of Brits can be.

And don't get me started with the British press that act more like fans than journalists and their uncanny fandom of foreigners in lieu of homegrown talents. It's one of the reasons why the most successful Brits in individual sports tend to move to other countries once they get to the top (Lewis Hamilton and Rory McIlroy are good examples). And it's also the reason why Tyson Fury left for America when the opportunity came and why AJ took his next fight to Saudi Arabia. They will build you up to tear you down - no loyalty whatsoever. Saturday should've been Luke Campbell, not Lomachenko.
Tyson featherfist Fury moved to the US because he was offered a load of cash by some clown at ESPN far more than he would ever make here because he has a tiny fanbase of absolute idiots.

I was there Saturday night and Loma was getting cheered because he is a boxing genius. No one comes close. Glad he enjoyed his trip over to London

Campbell had the crowds support too and it was probably 10% Ukrainian fans. Let's be real I was there because of Loma so I'm not going to Boo him am I? However Campbell is a team GB gold medalist and a top guy as well. He can comeback again

What an idiot. He's already moved up 3 divisions since turning pro. Yet, idiots like you always want more proof. You whine he doesn't move up, then point the finger and talk about how he's overrated when moving up affects his power and speed. You expect him to have both at same intensity and strength as when he first turned pro? What a clown you are.

Don't forget the Poles (I believe Poles are the largest immigrant group in the UK) and the other Eastern Europeans, especially the ones from the Eastern bloc. However, I also saw a lot of Brits wank off to Loma, at the expense of Luke Campbell. And that pattern is becoming sad.

Then when add the pathetic British press that's perpetually a bunch of groupies for foreign stars and it's sad.

If home grown talents can't really get the needed support they deserve at home - they might as well start fighting on foreign soil. And when they don't fight at home, they'll start slagging them off for being more interested in money than the fans.

The only British boxer I know in my lifetime that had a very loyal fanbase is Ricky Hatton. And that's because his fans are basically football fans who also love boxing. I think is Callum Smith has a chance to build the same type of fanbase since Scousers are known to be very loyal. Ditto Josh Taylor since he's the only one they have in Scotland.

Much prefer appreciation for a foreign star than the bad old days when Hagler was bombarded with bottles, or when fighters like Azumah Nelson or Donald Curry couldn't celebrate because of crowd hostility.

No one asked them to boo the guy. However, you don't go there and start screaming his name at the expense of the homegrown talent. You have to make the home advantage count.

Luke Campbell is the greatest amateur talent the UK has ever produced. And he embodies British boxing, apart from winning a lot of medals for this country. And what happened on Saturday with the fans chanting "Loma! Loma!! Loma!!" after the 3rd rd was disgraceful.

In Fury's case: I know I slag him off all the time whenever I can but I'm sure he knows he's better off fighting in America since he'll never have any home advantage in the UK. Coupled with the fact that he's a gypsy. So, I don't think it's just all about money. Fury is a very smart guy and he knows he can build a better fanbase in the US and fill the void Wilder has been unable to tap into. And he's doing a marvellous job.

I'm sure if Usyk were to fight AJ or Fury in the UK - there won't be any home advantage. And the fans would be as pathetic as they were on Saturday. Both would be better off fighting him on foreign soil tbh.
