in this life, in boxing, you kinda just gotta roll with the machine. meaning, say Horn was a prick about winning a bs fight over pac. see, you cant do that, youll piss off the powers that be. you dont wanna **** around with the powers that be, you wanna roll with the punches and play your part. and hope that when you retire and go boating, your boat doesnt blow up

I don't feel that sorry for Horn as he has made a ton of money off the Pacquiao win. Over a million each on Pac and Crawford, and probably a lot for a quick night with Mundine. He probably got bank for this beating too.

His time is over though and he's played out, but he probably won't ever have to teach again.

Horn gets both over and under rated. He is underrated a lot on here by some.

He is a solid B level guy. Good enough to be ranked in ring mag top 10, good enough to pick up a paper belt. But not on the level of the elite guys. He is strong and awkward with decent power. Has good angles too and throws shots from weird places. Tough as hell and very brave. But his defensive liabilities and coach are always going to let him down.

Rushton is a A+ mental coach. He knows how to get inside a young mans head and make them overcome their own demons to fight their hardest with no fear. But he is not a high level boxing coach. He gets fighters to abandon the jab and head movement at the expense of elaborate sequences of angles and attacks.

Apparently $2.5AUD ($2M USD) for the Mundine fight, probably some decent sponsorship dollars too, for his skill level he has probably been paid well.

Horn should be sending Pac Christmas cards for the rest of his life considering what that did to his career.

            For sure.
It really is incredible. I think being in Australia completely helped as it's not like there are a bunch of superstars.

Horn was a big WW was too small for Zerafa. You clearly saw the size difference. It was a bad move to jump to MW.
