If UK fighters had half of that grit and determination, we wouldn't see them getting whooped every other week.

He's always telling people how humble he is too lol. Humble people do not boast about being humble because that obviously defeats the purpose and calling yourself SOG is obviously the most humble title one can bestow upon oneself.

I was never a fan of Ward the fighter but had to respect what he did and what level he was able to do it at. I dont care if a fighter is dirty its a dirty business i just hope the refs do their jobs the best they can.

But as a commentator or ringside expert i think he is exceptional. If the man has something to say on the sport im all ears.

I 100% agree. Its up to the ref. And will go as far to say dirty boxing is a art. Its like fighting dirty is a game inside of game. Using dirty tactics under the refs nose to get a fighter off his game.

Btw I think its funny how yall loved when Maidana was doing the most blantant dirty shyt vs Floyd but whine about Ward and his ruff-house tactics.

Not for the fighter to obey.
A fighter should do anything legal or illegal to avoid being dominated.
I'm not a fan of Ward's style but I respect his toughness.
Ward's fights came down to wars of attrition.
Ward retired undefeated so that "anything goes" mindset obviously worked for him, but I think most fighters come up from the amateurs following the rules, so it's hard to intentionally foul the other fighter.
You have to push the boundaries of the rules 'Rough house tactics' They are a vital skill, can get you out of trouble or help you survive.
