Canelo would win easy. Smith hasn't fought anyone. You learnt nothing from Kovalaev/Yarde?

Callum Smith is a bit overrated at the moment. He won the wbss tournament but Ramirez wasn't in it. Plant and Benavidez have come on strong since then also so he isn't even the clear best at the weight. I'd say him and Plant are the guys Canelo would likely target if he were to go for another 168 lb strap actually. Since Plant is with PBC, Smith would actually be the most likely target since he's with DAZN. He's just got bigger game to hunt in Kovalev at the moment. Smith can get in line and wait his turn.

If the size difference wasn't so drastic, then I'd probably favour Canelo to beat Smith. As it is, Callum's too tall, rangy, and powerful (and has the skill to go with it) for Canelo to win without some massive catch-weight/re-hydration clause.
