Should Luke Campbell fire his coach if he loses to Lomachenko?

Unlike Yarde who had no amateur pedigree and 18 tomato cans on his resume before taking a leap to fight a killer in his backyard - Luke Campbell is the greatest British amateur boxer ever. Campbell has an amateur record of 153-24 and an Olympic gold medal. He also turned pro before Lomachenko and he's fighting in-front of the home crowd.

Evidently, going into this fight, Campbell isn't a novice - he's a seasoned veteran. And he also has height, reach and weight advantage.

I'm expecting the pitchfork to come out on Saturday, if he gets schooled by Lomachenko. No excuses for Shane McGuigan and the twitter cult of bummy British boxers who never went past British level and other internet idiots. I want to see the same level of attack that Yarde and his team got on Saturday from their twitter fingers.

If his trainer doesn't have him doing any sparring before the fight, and if instead of giving instructions, just rubs his chest and yells Lions in the cage, then I can see it as a viable option

If I'm not mistaken, I read on here that he was sparring 3 guys at the same time LOL. Opposite end of the spectrum here.

I'm just putting it out because I know these idiots would be as quiet as a mouse after the inevitable happens on Saturday.

There's no excuse for Campbell not to get the victory. He has the amateur pedigree. He's fighting at home in-front of Brits and not in Lomachenko's hometown in Ukraine. He also has the edge in pro experience, size, height, reach and weight advantage.

But watch how the same losers will make all kinds of excuses after Saturday. I see a pattern there.

Hometown isn't always an advantage. Massive pressure, crowd can encourage fighters to be reckless and get into unnessary exchanges or wars. But that might actually be beneficial for Campbell as he ain't out boxing Loma
