Boxing Monthly Magazine

Anyone ever get this? A magazine published in Limeyland (http://www.boxing-monthly.co.uk/) it covers all international bouts, and has all the latest ratings in its rear.

What I particularly like about the magazine is that it's always topical. I've got respect for The Ring, but I get fed up of reading about fights that are three months old in it. I know it can't be helped, but...

As an example of how up-to-date Boxing Monthly is, the new issue is due out on Thursday.... there's a reasonable possibility that it will have an article on Gatti-Baldomir in there.

I got one or two issues and was very impressed. I think I got one in April 2005 that covered Morales-Pacquiao I so that's pretty up to date

It's a great boxing magazine for Europeans ...specially Britons. It covers new prospects and exciting fights in the area.

boxing news is better
its out every friday and features news , reviews on international bouts , british amatuers. also they usualy have a 2 page interview with a boxer or an affiliated person of the sport. plus a 60 second question and answer with a pro boxer

That's true, but it's also an international magazine like The Ring. The Ring has its own centralised concerns (ie prospect featured are on US soil) but the general bulk of both magazines are international.

Just got it today, out Tuesday. In answer to the Gatti-Baldomir question, then NO, it wasn't featured in the magazine. Considering the magazine must have been printed Monday, then that's not such a big deal... you could hardly expect them to hold pages over and get a journalist to write an article in three days, could you?
