I'm with the last card, those were the only two rounds Yarde won, and he could have finished Kovalev but punched himself out trying and from there it was downhill.Comment

There was even a video of Yarde being interviewed day before at the Hotel and was asked if there were road games being played and he was pulled out of hotel in middle of night, etc.
Yarde simply replied everyone was nice, polite and welcoming.
Absolutely fair cards, good atmosphere, unbiased refs.
Frank Warren seemed to enjoy himself too.
It was a very exciting fight and a win for everyone involved without the Vegas BS.Comment

Yarde looked more effective when he tried to emulate Tysons style of side to side upper body movement slipping inside the jab than when he was trying to be Mayweather. Which is ironic since he always says he based himself on Tyson until he met Tunde and he tried to create a new Floyd.Comment

I thought the first card that had it 6-4 was about right...7-3 isn't bad either...one 8-2 card in Russia is expectedComment

I'm sure you had it 10-0 to Kov buddylol
Yarde was in basically every round up until the 9th...clearly won the 8th...there were a few rounds in there where you had to decide between Kov's constant work or Yarde's better shots...well you had to decide if you were impartial that is
I gave Ward 4 rounds in the first Kov fight and had him down 5-2 in the 2nd...so I just call the action how I see it without bias - you should try it some timeComment

I think I gave Yarde the 2nd 5th 7th and 8th...BS official scorer gave him 1 7 and 8...not that I always agree with the scorer...but to act like Yarde wasn't doing anything in there is a strange look imo...landed some good power shots, especially in those rounds I gave him.
Not sure if you saw...but Yarde landed the most punches on Kov of any opponent who ever faced him.Comment

Yarde kept the philly shell because he was relying on the check hook, but his jab wasn't busy enough to disguise the hook.Comment
