Kovalev does have a stiff jab from what every opponent says and I believe he has knocked down or KO'ed a few with the jab itself.

He went down on a short right hand...but was wobbled noticeably in the first by a jab

He has a real nice jab. He's lost a yard or two the last few tears but his jabs always going to be there. Throws a nice jab to the body too.

He's going to have to keep pumping it out to keep Canelo from getting inside.
