Kovalev V Beterbiev is THE fight to make.

I dont even really care if the Nail nails Beterbiev, its the perfect matchup at this stage of their careers, the storyline is there, the hatred is there, the Dagestan V Russia thing is there, the Amateur history is there.

No interest in seeing Clenelo make Kovalev do a catchweight to drain him even more.

Kovalev says he has 5 fights left? i doubt he fights more than 2-3 at this stage, he looked even older and more fragile than i thought he would, i didnt see him plant his feet one time tonight...

Kovalev-Canelo is the fight to make because Kovalev will lose to anyone with a pulse so he might as well make money.

im talking about as a stylistic matchup with all the bad blood and history between beterbiev and kovalev, it needs to be settled in the ring before they both retire.

Canelo V kovalev is not interesting in the slightest because we all know there will be all sorts of rehydration clauses or catchweight bs in there, + the fight itself is not even really interesting because Canelo has a granite chin so Kovalev is unlikely to win by stoppage and he cant win on points so whats the point in watching Canelo either win on points or stop him?

Kovalev V beterbiev would be a 4-6 round shootout all action crazy war.

I agree with you there. And Beterbiev has shown that he can be troubled by a big shot.

I think Kov will not make the fight with Beterbiev because of all the bad blood, now he must know surely he hasn't got five fights left in him at all, I think he would hate the idea of losing one of his final fights to such a rival

I would pick Beterbiev to knock him out as well at this stage but Arturs chin is very suspect and his defence is dodgy as hell, its still a great fight and kovalev could easily still win that.

In an ideal world we would be getting Kov V Beterbiev and the Nail V Bivol and then the winners fight at the end of next year.

But in this bs boxing world we will get Canelo winning the WBO belt and then vacating, Kovalev retiring and then Beterbiev and Bivol left fighting for the scraps

I really want to see that one because we never got to see Kov/Stevenson. LHW needs a fire-fight to really get everyone's attention. Beterbiev arguably has the worse resume of the titlists (I know he only has an interim title), but beating Gvozdyk would instantly make him credible. However, I don't think Kov/Beterbiev will happen if Beterbiev doesn't WIN.

Not a bad fight although I believe Beterbiev wins this one easy
