It appears that Team Mesi is taking no chances with the boxing event headlined by Laila Ali in Capetown, South Africa. The Niagra Gazette reports that Mesi will no longer fight on the card, after the promoter of the event could not produce the promised $3 million for the fight, and only had $1.7 million. [details]
