Weight to height ratio means some guys are tall leaner and others the same weight are shorter denser, Manny has a big head and huge calves, to match the same calves and head weight you probably have to go to a MW, so a guy with MW head at WW means his ass has gotta be real close to the ground.

Ive honestly not noticed a big head, big hair and calves only. If he had a haircut im sure his head would appear normal. Not that it doesn't look normal sized.
