Uhhhh sorry Sir WILDER IS UNDEFEATED!!!
Actually at this time he is the ONLY UNDEFEATED HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION of the WORLD!!!
PLUS HE IS THE LONGEST REIGNING HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION IN MODERN BOXING HISTORY!!!!
You may not like him BUT that does not change the FACTS!!!
When he fight Ortiz in his next fight he will be the DEFENDING CHAMPION while in AJ's next fight he will be the Challenger!
ONCE AGAIN THOSE ARE THE FACTS!!!Comment

I'm more interested in AJ vs Fury than AJ vs Wilder. Wilder is a bum that would get sparked out soon as soon as they stop throwing him in the ring with PBC bums. He wouldn't even be a champ if he faced the level of boxers AJ has fought.Comment

A loss is a loss is a loss regardless of how it happened. A lot of people are writing Joshua off because of the way he lost to Ruiz but it's all about how he comes back from that. Given how big of a star he was before the fight, and how much of a favorite he was going in, losing by multiple knock downs and then ultimate getting waved off on your feet can be devastating for a boxer of Joshua's stature with so many people telling him he was God's gift to boxing. If he can dust himself off, come back stronger, smarter and more focused and beat Ruiz in the rematch, that will be the telling of a true champion. It's about how you get back up and return, not the fact that you got knocked down to begin with.Comment

Wilder is lying he said AJ wasnt that good for losing to a guy like Ruiz and wasn't a real champion . He's only saying this probably because he realized fans bombarded him on social media about losing to Fury so he had to turn it around and be more sensible which is uncommon with Wilder.Comment

What about Fury's lineal status? He's still undefeated. Either way, the rematch should settle the score. I actually like Fury, Joshua and Wilder. It's still not determined who is the legit #1. Obviously Joshua has to beat Ruiz in the rematch to be included in the conversation but Wilder and Fury have unfinished business. Fury is obviously the more skilled boxer while Wilder is obviously the bigger puncher.Comment

Man I have seen revisionist history before but this takes the CAKE!!!!
HE DID AGREE TO FIGHT PED-etkin in RUSSIA. It is NOT his fault that Dude failed the drug test
Deontay Wilder better pack his bags (and maybe some warm clothes) because he’s heading to Russia for his latest title defense.
Then he agreed to fight AJ in Britian but Hearn pulls the fight at the end and gives it to Povetkin
Deontay Wilder is ready to take on Anthony Joshua in a heavyweight unification fight this summer in the United Kingdom, the American fighter's co-manager, Shelly Finkel, has confirmed.
Wilder, 32, is open to accepting a 60/40 split for the fight purse, according to Davies. The two camps have also discussed a two-fight deal, the first of which likely would take place at London's Wembley Stadium before a return clash in Las Vegas or New York.
The reason Wilder didn't sign the contract was there was NOT a guaranteed rematch clause in the contract.
If Wilder lost he not only lost title he didnt get a chance to REGAIN IT!!!
Oh and as you see with the A. Ruiz situation with AJ contract's even if you win by KO on the REMATCH he still gets the most money, to pick the venue and time and wants to be the A-SIDE!!!
THAT IS SOME BULLSHYT!!!Comment
