yeah amazing logic there, the Charlo's suddenly turn into monster punchers overnight in fights with zero drug testing, publicly dodge drug tests. Yet the guy who is calling for more strict drug testing is the one on PEDS?

WBC/CBP/365 is more or less just on paper. It's a real lottery for someone to get tested. WBC pays VADA "enormous" $10K per month to test all the enrolled fighters(if I'm right, top10 in each division). That tells you everything. There's a lot of fighters enrolled in it for years and never tested. And even when they knock at the door Charlos hide in the basement pretending they're not at home, and nothing happens.
Much more effective is extensive contractual (fighters pay) testing during the camp (or whenever they decide to start) and on fight day, and that's exactly what JR demands. 3 months of extensive (multiple times per week, not just once a year or not even that!) testing before the fight is enough. How often they test a fighter (lets say per week) depends on how much they are prepared to pay (what package they order
