What the ***** Hell Happened to Stay Busy Fights?

I see you ****s b1tching and moaning about Fury fighting Otto Wallin. You ****s are aware that he's about to fight the most fearsome puncher in the heavyweight division for a second time right? Why the **** should these fighters go through th gauntlet for every time because of you asswipes. Same goes for guys like Golovkin and Lomachenko. Sure, GGG took some questionable decision, but him fighting Steve Rolls made perfect sense and Lomachenko has done enough to fight nobodies for a little while. How do ****s expect these fighters to manage their careers???

Because fighters nowadays are grinding their bodies through 10-12 week fight camps, with hard sparring, and folks basically fighting 15lbs below their fight fit weights (before the dry-out).

The body, in the modern age anyway, can only withstand so many camps before the breakdown really sets in.

Why waste a camp on a bull**** fight?

Because they are all idiots and nut huggers of their fav fighters.Go back 80 years to the present and you see fighters taking stay busy fights between big matches.

Most fighters used to stay in shape didn’t have to worry about cycling off peds and usually fought a little over their usual weight .

Fighters were more active in the past, meaning you weren't waiting too long for quality matches.
When guys are fighting once or twice a year, talking about the big fights while promoting another walkover, I can see why fans get frustrated.

Probably has a lot to do with Fury berating other fighters for their opposition or saying he'll fight/beat X fighter 7 days a week and twice on Sundays. Could also be to do with him saying he'd fight Whyte for Diamond belt not interim and then backing out but still mouthing off when WBC obliged only to fight Schwarz.

theres a difference between stay busy fights and these fights fury has taken. stay busy fights are against journeymen fighters with losing records, they are also way down the card rather than headlining a ppv. These 2 fights are a level above stay busy opponents but not good enough to be fighting the lineal champ in a headline fight
