    Pulev is known because he was brutally stopped by Wladimir many years ago. His best win is split decision against Chisora. In his last fight he barely survived against Dinu. Pulev is the most overrated guy in division.

            Because Pulev is still a hundred times more relevant than Otto Wallin.

            Fury mentions those top 10-20 fighters, but doesn’t actually make any real offers to fight them.
