At this point Pacquiao is a charity case for Mayweather. We know Pacquiao is desperate to pay off that tax debt but there is no incentive for Floyd to fight him. He’s already lost nearly 10 times and the racist/biased media will just say pacquiao was past his prime or find some lame excuse like they did every time he lost. It's Mayweather that's trying to stay relevant. It's no secret that Floyd has a huge ******** addiction. Why do you think he's still doing all those monkey shows in Japan?
