I doubt Pac could beat Spence even in his prime. Pac went 12 rounds with Bradley 3 times. Spence would KO Bradley every time. Spence has never been knocked down and almost always gets the KO win. Why would Pac fail 3 times to KO Bradley and fail to KO walking punching bag Margarito but be able to KO the rugged Spence and Crawford who have never even been knocked down? That makes no sense. Easy for you to say today's welterweights are weak but Spence and Crawford are tough in any era. Prime Pac failed to KO Clottey but Spence would have. The Pac of 5 years ago could not finish Algieri but Spence KOed Algieri quickly and easily. I like Pac and don't want Spence to end his career with a brutal KO. ut if they fight I think that is what will happen.

We've had differences between Pac and Thurman before. Hats off for predicting Pac would beat Thurman but it wasn't easy. Thurman rallied and was likely becoming the better fighter late (I was expecting 12 full rounds like that). But I think you're going overboard if you easily think Spence would have KOed that Clottey and Margarito. Even Algieri himself said Pac brings more power than Spence. You can see the differences in his approach against the 2. He was engaging with Spence while he was moving away against Pac.

That said, I think Spence would steamroll this version of Pacman. Against prime Pac, I don't think so.

Spence doesn't need to go toe to toe or run. He can use his 72 inch reach to jab Manny from a distance to back him up to the ropes.

Pacquiao has a terrible guard for guarding vs body shots too. Spence's hook to the body and uppercut will be wide open. It'll honestly be hard to watch

Probably not. Pacquiao is bringing with him 2 decades of experience and boxing is chess.

Pacquiao has some moves spence has never seen before plus his offense and defense is always evolving. I see something slightly new from him every fight.

Pacquiao is not completely physically shot yet and one perfectly placed body shot that takes spence's soul could close that 10 year age gap pretty quick.
