    Why didn’t Ward fight Dawson @ 169lbs for a LHW title/merit long ago?

    If Dawson was game to fight a better P4P ranked fighter at 168, 7lbs south from LHW, why didn’t Dawson plead for 169? Ward would’ve won a LHW strap long ago.
