In Vegas Canelo wins. Anywhere else Benavidez wins.

I am very confident Bivol would beat Canelo at 168 even in Vegas and he might stop him. Bivol is a more sure thing to beat Canelo than Benavidez is in my opinion. Bivol is a master boxer and a big puncher as well and 168 is his best weight.

That's a fight I'd love to see. David's game, Canelo has a huge experience advantage. Would be close.

Benavidez is just a fantastic fan-friendly fighter. I'd watch him fight most people.

Benavidez hasn't fought anyone near the level of Canelo. Jleon Love was tagging him up with some body shots early, he would be in major trouble if it was Canelo landing those shots. It would be unfair to him, he'd lose by a wide decision.

Is Bivol the next boogeyman that will dethrone Canelo? Are GGG "fans" finally ready to move on?

That would be a very fan friendly match up. If David was just a tad bit older I would tab him as a huge favorite but would mark it as a 50-50 fight.

Canelo has more experience against solid competition in actual fights were as Benavidez has tremendous experience from his sparring background since he was in his teens.

Canelo's X factor against everyone has always been his hand speed and willingness to let combinations fly because he is just so much quicker in the pocket than most people. Benavidez for looking so nonathletic has amazingly quick hands and reflexes, not to mention power.

Benavidez is a very live dog because he's one those guys that will bring the fight to someone and won't be hesitant over getting countered. Not necessarily because he is careless but because he is confident that his offense will eventually get through to people. Canelo has very solid defense but Benavidez has a very solid offense. Can Canelo offset his offense? It's one of the reasons why I think Benavidez beats Plant.

If Canelo survives he wins by controversial decision/robbery. But i think Benavidez hurts him, takes him out.

Canelo will not fight any young prime top tier fighters.

Canelo is in the sport to fight washed up guys only.
