I think this should be settled first before figuring out who gets what. Also shouldn't they be talking about percentage (50-50,55-45,60-40) than dollar amounts?

I totally want to see this fight. I personally like Farmer but Davis does win in grander fashion.

I think technically Davis would be seen as the A side. Problem is this is prize fighting and DAZN seem to be willing to pay more than either are worth, Team Tank are not but they wont accept any better offers unlike most normal boxers.
