I think Thurman was still not 100% vs Pacquiao. I agree that he still needs another fight to work the layoff out. He shouldn't have fought Pac yet, but I understand he had to take that fight while it's there for him.
If Thurman gets to 100%, a fight with Crawford would be very interesting. Crawford is excellemt skills-wise, but I believe the top end of current welterweights have good competitive matchups with him, Keith included. Crawford may win them all ... or maybe lose a couple, hard to say at this point.
I believe Spence is the top of the division, but we will learn a lot in the Porter fight. Porter is a uniquely hard fight for all welterweights ... fast, tough, excellent motor, wild, and unstoppable so far. It will be interesting to see the methods Spence uses to dismantle him. Brook is still the fighter who best figured out how to derail Porter.
Porter IS capable of an upset, but I don't see it with Spence, unless Spence breaks his hands on that head. He will likely batter Porter all night till he quits. Bull-rusher meets determinedwrecking machine ... gonna be interesting.
