Comments Thread For: Team Pacquiao: Mayweather Going Bonkers Over Manny's Run

Sean Gibbons, the President of Manny Pacquiao (MP) Promotions, believes Floyd Mayweather is using the Filipino superstar to keep his name out there. The 42-year-old Mayweather, who retired from boxing in August 2017, has been trading words with Pacquiao on social media. Pacquiao, 40-years-old, has continued his career and last month shocked critics when he dropped and decisioned undefeated Keith Thurman to win the WBA welterweight title.

What drives Floyd bonkers is the love and admiration from boxing fans and the media for Manny. He could never ever reach that next level unless he fought a rematch with Pac and lost in a great fight. Then he'd get the respect and love he desperately craves. The flaunting of his wealth is all he has beyond his 0.But it still doesn't make him happy.

In all fairness, floyd shut manny out. Its it like it was close. Yea i know manny said he had a bad arm but he was throwing it all night. Floyd just wasn't getting hit with it

At the moment, Floyd doesn't need Pacquiao for a legacy.
                  Floyd is already established..

Flyweight Pacman has now grown into the welterweight class at age 40 and maybe Floyd will fight him at 160 not Canelo. No need to do reading and writing just counting money TBE.
