What are the bylaws of Saudi pro boxing commission?

I've been trying to find it online but I can't find it anywhere. Can't even find a website for a Saudi pro boxing commission.

Can someone point me in the right direction.

    Thanks.

They don't have a boxing commission obviously. The U.S boxing promotion have to get approval from the Sports Authority president over there and he signs the agreement to whoever is the promoter to run it with the U.S commissions rules in place. basically whatever event wants to put on an event they get a license from the area or country like the World Series of boxing its no different. Don't worry the fight not happening there anyway ?,remember ? Ha

Hearn is the promoter. He's a UK promoter. So you're saying BBBoC will be the boxing commission in Saudi Arabia?

No,hes the promoter period for that event that was approved by the sanctioning bodies that are not in the U.K . He still has to follow the U.S commissions. The BBoC has no say to anything outside there country .Hearn is just licensed to put on a show there it has nothing to do with BBoC though I know you wish it would that's great troll thread material for you lost.. Now you're just making it up as you go along. Just like you made up the belts being tied to the event and not the fighter
