Porter is going to get dropped and eventually stopped while using his dumbass style of boxing against Spence.

Spence fought a different fight against Garcia, everyone knows that, trying to show he has a higher boxing IQ than Mikey Garcia. And his brother should have stopped that fight and not let it go 12. Porter will get punished and stopped, styles make fights. And it makes no sense why Bud isn’t getting any fights with the other top welterweights like Danny Garcia, Thurman, Porter, or Spence. Maybe he needs to drop “Grumpy Old Bob.”Comment

Do you truly believe Spence fought differently intentionally? I sure don't believe so. Porter will survive 12, no doubt. Lastly, the 4 WW you mentioned will never step up to Crawford, they realize they can't compete with Bud. Why do you think no body is pursuing Bud's championship belt? Especially D Garcia & Thurman...they used to always talk about wanting & deserving to fight for champions belts...
And sometimes you don’t have to stop a guy to break his will. Play back those late rounds again with Spence and Garcia, he was getting punished, even his brother threatened to stop it. And we can’t minimize the heart and toughness of Mikey Garcia. Porter will come straight at Spence and get punished to the body and the head. He will get stopped or daddy will throw in the towel. His style is tailor made for Spence.
And I am still trying to figure out who Bud has fought for full blown welterweights to be afraid of him. And I like Bud. A lot actually. But are you going off Jeff Horn? I hope not.
And here is Spence’s quote of fighting Crawford today.
“SPENCE: HOW AM I AVOIDING CRAWFORD?
“How am I avoiding him if I’m fighting in a unification fight with Shawn Porter?” said Spence to Fighthub about Crawford. [Porter is] Atop 5 welterweight so the last time I remember the WBC ordered me and him to fight each other and, you know, he didn’t take the fight. So, nobody is avoiding Terence Crawford. It’s big fish on this side too that I got to fry. So, once I get rid of [Manny] Pacquiao and Shawn Porter, then we can sit down and talk about Terence Crawford. But nobody’s avoiding him,” said Spence.”
Translation: Get a real f@cking belt and fight a top welterweight and wait in line like everyone else.

[QUOTE=1hourRun;19989673]It was like watching paint dry.
Semantics aside, Errol Spence is going to get mauled if he starts crying about any fouls vs. relentless Shawn Porter
Yeah I agree, watching paint dry.....but b4 we talk about the paint drying,we have to talk about the actual painting
Watching paint dry to me, was watching Mickey at the post fight conference
And Errol wouldn't cry abt fouls, he'd just return d favour....I do hope porter doesn't cry when he gets a taste of his medicine, cause until now he hasn'tComment

Spence is dirtier than Porter. Porter is rough and his style leads to headbutts but he’s not intentionally trying to billy goat people like Ward. Spence is always intentionally hitting low, pulling the head and hitting and likes to hit the back of the head. Should be a decent fight.Comment

Do you actually believe any fighter is afraid to face another fighter? Why even enter into the sport of boxing. So I don’t believe it’s that at all. I suspect it’s guys like Haymon, Arum, their managers, and camps controlling the business side of boxing. I seriously doubt if anyone is afraid of Bud including Manny.

I wouldn't use the word afraid, I'd say fighters avoid certain fighters due to the risk involved, avoiding losses & physical damage. If Horn & Khan were asked this question...who's a more dangerous fighter? Horn vs Pac or Crawford and Khan vs Canelo or Crawford, they'd each would say Crawford more dangerous, guaranteed! Crawford was doing more damage to Khan & Horn than Canelo & Pac did to same fighters.
The Brook win is a little stronger win than Crawford’s win against Horn. Most on this forum would suggest Brook who had already beat Shawn Porter when he fought Spence, is a better win than Crawford against Horn, who I believe is highly over rated. If you want to throw the only other notable welterweight that Crawford fought, although after having (4) losses, Amir Khan, I would throw in Spence’s wins against Chris Algieri (former champion at welterweight) and Lamont Peterson, (former champion at welterweight). Both are also true welterweights. And Crawford wouldn’t have knocked out Mikey Garcia either so stop it with that narrative. He hasn’t even fought anyone on Mikey Garcia’s level yet in his career. Mikey is a very good boxer and a tough out for anybody in the welterweight division.Comment
