They still dream that Kova gets the huge Canelo payday later this year...

Yarde isnt winning any other way. If this gets to the final bell, Kov gets the home town decision. Kov still has a big right hand, but you have to bring ass to kick ass. He can't risk it.Comment

yarde needs to get inside and not stay on the outside where krusher is at his best. obviously yarde needs to attack kovalev's body do you think he can do successfully do so? who are you rooting for?Comment

Yarde is going to take centre of the ring and win by KO via bodyshot.
He's fought nobody but in the grand scheme of things that means nothing. Styles make fights. Yarde probably has advantages in power, speed, reflexes, counters and head movement.
Frank Warren is a good judge of fighters skill. He knew Fury could take Wilder even whilst obese, and he was ready 2 years ago to put Yarde in with Kovalev.
I'll trust his judgement on this one.Comment

I'm for Yarde in this, and I think Yarde can hit him anywhere, body or head, and get the job done. If Yarde has to run him down, he has to cut off the ring. Those sorts of things are the worry, he has no practice, but Kov is new to running too. He's an old dog with a new trick. Yarde will cut the distance, because he's quick, most likely along the ropes, but he needs to drop that bomb, eff work.Comment
