You are falling for the fact he has an unbeaten record on boxrec and big muscles & abit of hype behind him, if you look at the people he has fought, its embarrising, every single guy is either from a lower division with an extremely low KO % or very old and has been KO'd aload of times already.

Warren was scared to put him in with frank buglioni and hosea burton ffs, he is not even proven at british level, ko'd a bunch of euro level journeymen & now hes fighting one of the best LHW's in recent years? yeah ill take Kovalev by brutal early KO

I don't fall in love with these guys, if Yarde loses, I'm not going into hiding or anything. I just think Kov is at the stage where youth will be served. I would have thought more about it, if Kovalev changed his style before he got knocked out. Alvarez isn't known as a puncher, he lost half of his hand in an accident and Ward did it to the gut. Kov danced like Fred Astair last time, but that will decay too. Yarde is on the up side and boxing is a young man's game.
