We will see how much leverage his fatass has in court. PBC fanboys will be in suicide mode when Eddie files a lawsuit for not honoring the contract that he signed.

Just STFU Ruiz and get to Saudi Arabia and fight the fight you and your team negotiated then signed up for.

I guess we’ll see. It’s just that if the decision is similar to the one ruled in the Rahman-Lewis case, it might not really impact Ruiz to sit out.

bingo. they didn't care about ruiz before the first fight and won't care about him if he loses.

I don’t care about Andy Ruiz. I’m just pointing out that he has all the leverage.

No one will tell me why he doesn’t, they just complain that I love PBC (which I don’t)

            What going to happen?

According to the Lewis-Rahman lawsuit over that rematch clause, it looks like the punishment is a year and a half away from boxing.

So what? Andy Ruiz took two years off after he lost to Joseph Parker.

The other part of that would be that the titles all get vacated.

            So what?

There isn’t a heavyweight champion right now. Andy Ruiz could just claim to be heavyweight champion like Tyson Fury does. He could just do what Rid**** Bowe did and get announced as being recognized as the best heavyweight in the world and being the former champion.

The other part of the title getting vacated is that Joshua and Hearn don’t want that. They wouldn’t be involved in any title fights after that.

The IBF would order Pulev-Kownacki. The WBA “super” title would disappear and the winner of Charr-Bryan would be the WBA champion. The WBO would order Usyk-Fury.

Ruiz could sit out a year and a half, go to four different champions and say, wanna fight? I want more than $9 million. He’ll probably get it.

Joshua, on the other hand, would have to wait until he’s named mandatory to get a split between 25-35%. He needs the rematch way more than Ruiz does. I think Ruiz might get a bump in pay or a venue swap to avoid going down the legal route.
Dude, the troll goes really, really deep with you. What's the point in this?

Joshua isn’t ranked highly enough in those organizations to get the immediate shot.
Imma guess one of these corrupt ABC groups would find it in there heart to put Joshua into a vacant title fight. Money runs boxing not ranking logic.

Who's going to pay him that? Haymon barely upped Wilders pay ONLY after Hearn offered Wilder 100 mill! Before that, Wilder was making 1-2 mill per fight. Not sure ANYONE is going to give Ruiz 9 mill...

It’s not a troll. I think Ruiz has all the leverage and I think it might benefit him to walk away from the fight.
