        No I think Ruiz would beat him. Not easily, but he's much sharper and has more tools in his box than Pulev who I find to be an average heavyweight,

        He's strong and has a good jab, but that's about it.

          Pulev was always awful, Ruiz even would walk him down. This era might be bad but the Klitschko row of no hopers was way worse.
