"“The first contract takes care of all the venue, and the information in terms of the travel details,” said Hearn. “There is no new contract. His team and I have been in discussion almost since the other fight took place. I confirmed where the fight would take place. They expressed that Andy didn’t want the fight to take place in the UK. They didn’t have a say, but we decided to give it to them in neutral territory, which they’re very happy about. Yes, he has some questions that will be answered, but he’s already signed for the rematch. The first contract takes care of all the venues, and information in terms of decisions. There is no new contract. We’ve followed the original contract, which we decide where the fight takes place,” said Hearn.

A side Andy has just posted that he is not going to fight in Saudi Arabia . He is adamant the fight will be in America
Andy Ruiz:"I'm not going to Saudi Arabia, the fight will happen on my terms in the US
I just saw Andy Ruiz's instagram story and he said he isn't going to Saudi Arabia due to safety issues and the fight has to happen on his term in the US because he controls everything, lol.
It looks like the fat Mexican is about to retire from boxing and end up in a mental home, while selling his mansion, rolls royce and chains at the auction, lol. Al Haymon might have to sell PBC as well (that's if the company is worth $80million). Let the games begin.
Just read that Hearn said Fat Andy is going to a venue they decide he also goes on to state the venue and Andy's earning has already been agreed upon. In which case either hearn is lying or Fat Andy is being a massive diva and will end up in court.
It seems to me that Eddie and Matchroom wanted to be nice and not have it in the UK; however.. It seems to me also that they got tired of Andy ruiz's diva demands (in their minds) about location and are probably within their contractual rights to just choose a location and let Andy Ruiz know where it will be - based on the contract he signed.
It sort of puts Ruiz in a checkmate position because he has to go to Saudi or face a long legal battle which could totally derail his career and get him stripped of all the belts. which in turn would make him lose all of his value as he's simply only a commodity with the belts around his waist.
