Tough pick. Kovalev is the better fighter but I really have a hard time confidently picking a guy going through such big personal problems.

I'm going with Yarde mostly because Kovalev has looked vulnerable lately. He's been acting erratic if these accusations are true. Disrespected his ex trainer and generally is a jerk.

Kovalev should take it easy. Yarde has never fought anyone anywhere near world level. Kovalev has been drinking a lot and gets his to the body pretty easily since the Ward fights. If Yarde lands some good bodywork, he'll win. Otherwise, that kid is thoroughly outclassed.

Rooting for Yarde, but think Kovalev still has enough in the tank to take this one. No clue about Yarde's gas tank and even though Kovalev's stamina has been questioned in the past, still more proven than Yarde. Still a very intriguing match up.

Kovalev's levels above Yarde but his mental toughness is an issue. If Yarde can hang around, anything can happen.
