Pacquiao was a universally loved boxer who got a lot of accolades because he was unique in many ways. However, his achievements don't mean he was untouchable. He can't be untouchable when he lost to his main rival(s) on more than one occasion.

There is no untouchable boxer in the history of the sport but when it comes to achievements i am very very confident that pac is untouchable and no one even in the future can touch it .
