Sure Pacquiao is a legend. But objectively speaking you can't rank him higher than Mayweather, biggest reason being Mayweather defeated him when they fought. Mayweather fought Oscar and Cotto at 154 where Manny weight drained them down to 146-147. Not to mention the many other catchweight fights Pacquiao had in his career. Plus Pacquiao been knocked out multiple times whereas Mayweather only touched the canvas when he broke his hand. Pacquiao was also outboxed by Erik Morales. Pacquiao is a bit of a fraud come to think of it now. Beating Thurman who had trouble with Joseito is not that impressive.

Your Trying not to sound like a blatant hater by being subtle about it or at least trying. But you can smell haters from 100 yards. You give credit of sorts then take iit away.
You have given no reasons why pac can’t be higher. Pac can be higher if he’s been koed. He can be greater if he lost to Floyd. He can be greater being outboxed by morales whilst having 2 wins over him, and can be greater than floyd even losing robbery decisions to horn what a career pacs had all the ups and downs what a ride. Even winning 3 razor close decisions to jmm, whilst floyd outclassed jmm 12 rounds to zero pac can be greater. Floyd fans love that fight.
      And he is.

Joe Louis shouldn't be ranked higher than Rocky Marciano then...

it was the asian blood that banned PAC from being the ATG, GOAT, TBE etc.

                Dude's right!

I know of no boxer whose accomplishments require such semantics. When you make up your feats it's hard to find anyone else who fits that made up criteria.
