Ive always enjoyed Pac fights. That said, IF Mayweather came out to fight him. It would be the same result. Mayweathers style has a way of neutralizing come forward fighters, besides Pac no longer can attack so relentlessly as he did as a younger man. That feeds Mayweathers style.
Theres a reason why betting sites have Mayweather favored ALREADY.

      3. Lucas Matthysse
      4. Jeff Horn
      5. Jessie Vargas
      6. Chris Algieri
      7. Brandon Rios
      8. Shane Mosley (40 years old)
      9. Antonio Margarito (No hand wraps)
      10. Joshua Clottey

Absolutely pathetic resume. Not to mention, he lost his two biggest fights; Marquez llll, Mayweather.

Guys like Floyd Mayweather, Vasyl Lomachenko, Terence Crawford, Andre Ward and Canelo Alvarez had a WAY better decade.
Mayweather and Ward are retired therefore disqualified, Crawford has YET to have a truly meaningful fight to establish him, Canelo is a verified cheat, Loma hasn't done enough to even merit discussion.

Meanwhile Pacquiao who is turning 41 is still setting records. Floyd stans will lose their minds if he wins FOTD again....

Floydstans can't get over the fact that an undefeated record isn't the only thing that makes you the greatest. Their is a reason why SRR, Joe Lewis, Ali etc are ranked above Mayweather.

This is why PBF will NEVER give Manny another shot I don't care how much money they thrown at it, PBF has too much to lose since his marketability is tied to his boxing record.

Did you really say Sugar Ray Robinson and Joe Louis? HAHAHAHAHAAHA, Floyd is better than both of them by a long shot kid.

Because Canelo won 3 titles this decade.

It could've been Crawford, but Arum tainted his resume with weak fights.

It'll be Canelo because he takes the most challenges and beats the odds.

                • first and only 4 time welterweight champion in history - 2019
                • first and only 5 weight lineal champion - 2016
                • first and only 8 weight world champion - 2010

*next year he will be the only fighter in history to hold a world title in 4 decades - 90s, 00s, 10s, and 20s

beat 4 younger undefeated (or only 1 loss) champions (floyd only beat 2):
                • timothy bradley - p4p# 3, WBO champion, two weight world champion
                • keith thurman - ranked top 3 or 2 best welterweight (better ww resume than crawford and spence combined), WBA super champ, former unified WBC/WBA champ
                • jessie vargas - WBO champion, only 1 loss to bradley
                • chris algieri - WBO champion, coming off big upset win against provodnikov

                other notable wins:
                • clottey - ranked top 5 ww, former IBF champion (was stripped of title)
                • mosley - ranked #3 at ww, pac dominated mosley whereas canelo went on to struggle against this version of mosley
                • marquez - media were divided on who won
                • matthysse - wba regular champ, ranked top ten ww
                • broner - ranked top ten ww

                - 2 of pac's 4 losses were clear robberies
OMG this is best boxer the world will ever see stats, not measly FOTD awards! FOTD is small fish for Pacs real worth. FOTD is beneath Pac, he's outgrown these wards.
If Pac wins it again he should give to floyd. Floyd s fans would love it so much and might even show Pac some humanity

It will and should be Canelo... I'm not sure why we're even debating it at this point... I can't see any other possible outcomes based on resume and fights.
