Does Loma need to move up to WW to become a ppv star??

This dude who walks around at 154+ pounds Could easily make 147. Easy. But for some reason he refuses to do so. He even had the opportunity to take on an aging pacqiauo at 140 but backed out because he didn't want to beat an old Legend ? Him stopping pacquaio specially in a dramatic fashion could have transcended into super stardom. If Loma decides to camp at 140-135 could he be a big PPV star or would he really need to man up and fight men his own size?

So he needs Tank Davis, Shakur Stevenson, Teofimo Lopez, Devin Haney he need all these guys to continue to raise their profile and he will have so many potential mega fights that he wouldn't have to move up

But it would help if they start unifying the division
