Punkass. I'm poised to buy the tickets, expecting an announcement of O2 London on October 5th. If Prograis does bail out on the Taylor fight then he could make a statement saying that he'll fight JT after the re-arranged WBSS final (vs tbc). The fans can't be denied Prograis vs Taylor.

It doesn't sound like WBSS has a legal leg to stand on if they didn't live up to the terms of the contract. If they had the money, why didn't they put it in escrow? It sounds like there is some shady behind the scenes money shuffling going on. The whole selection of the site, the date, etc all seem to be up in the air. Why?Comment

Looks like Haymon and DiBella are on a roll to disrupt DAZN business to end of year. Baranchyk still got paid. Speaking of which, the Baranchyk Taylor bout was great!
WBSS should at least attempt to deposit half or a percentage in the escrow account. What’s the big deal. DAZN will pay for the fights, not sure why DiBella and Haymon are trying to disrupt the situation.
Perhaps PBC wants Prograis vs Broner or other matchups. Either way, Prograis ve Taylor is a big fight and brings good business to DAZN.
Ruiz Jr. didn’t land in the USA for the rematch. We can see the frustration from PBC as of late.Comment

The money isn’t in escrow. Donaire was also threatening to cancel probably because they needed more time to find funds
What a **** showComment

It’s not just Prograis who threatened to bail on Season 2, it’s also Baranchyk and Donaire. So I think we should trust that there’s some shady dealings and broken promises behind the scenes.
I love WBSS and Prograis-Taylor is the fight I’m most pumped for this fall. I hope they manage to rescue itComment
