You want the simple answer? They were buying him time. It was shady then, it’s still shady now looking back. It has nothing to do with safety. It was to simply buy him time, if it was about safety then the doctor would have come in the moment the bell around to end the 7th round.

A lot of these guys aren’t boxing fans, they are scared to even admit the truth. If there was nothing shady going on then we would have seen the doctor in the ring in the Joshua/Ruiz fight after the 3rd round.

So every other time it’s happened, was that to cover up for wilder too then? When it happened before the Wilder fight they were just setting precedent? And every time after is just to cover their tracks?

And they almost got away with it too...

If the doctor comes in after the third round and ends the fight, then what? I’m sure there would be zero conspiracy theory threads if Andy won KO3

If he had made it out of the 7th, the doctors definitely would have checked him for a concussion. They did immediately after the fight was stopped.

He just didn’t make it out of the round.

we are talking about AJ being hurt not ruiz being dropped so "totaling all 3" doesnt cut it.

not the way that wilder was getting hit.... wilder was literally on inline skates when the bell rung while aj was dropped twice.... early in 2 mins of the fight and in the last 10 secs... he also quickly got up and put his hands up when the ref asked.

wilder on the other hand was literally staggering back to his corner after sustaining a beating for almost an entire minute....

              again

              those are two different scenarios

That’s what happens when you do something dodgy. When you lie, you then have to cover that lie up with another lie. Maybe you don’t get it but what happened between that 7th round was shady as fuck. The excuses that I have seen since that fight is laughable. So yes am holding them to that standards, the doctor basically went in to buy Wilder more time. We all need to accept that and move on, trying to make excuses for why it happen or didn’t happen in certain fights is just trolling.

Joshua was on shaky legs and literally finished the round on the canvas after being dropped for the second time in that round lol.

It was actually worse than what happened with Wilder.

This isn't the procedure though. Doctors check fighters at the start of the round. We have seen it before and after the Wilder fight.

this was the 2nd kd in the last 10 seconds of the round.

BTW in a round where he kd ruiz, ruiz kd back right away... and for the rest of the 2 mins where boxing it out... hardly a "beat down" the way ortiz gave wilder for almost a whole minute

now in the wilder-ortiz fight when ortiz clocked him wilder literally only threw about 5 or 7 punches back for that entire time.. meanwhile ortiz landed more than 20 punches while wilder was hurt and staggering all over the place.

if anything at those points in time AJ(3rd round) looked more gassed than hurt meanwhile wilder (7th round) looked more hurt than he was gassed

and yes you can tell the difference between the two if you can't well then you should go watch another sport... like ballet or something
