well that will depend on the language of the contract. If the contract specifically said UK as the location for the rematch and now its the Arabia place well now the terms have changed and he is no longer obligated to accept the old terms of purse that was agreed upon in the old terms, new location = new terms = he has the right to renogeatie the contracts, This happens all the times in business and they usualy ALWAYS settle out of court cause it cheaper and beneficial to both parties.
