The board is so crooked they knowing allowed a fighter to fight knowing he was dirty for the 2nd time and hide it from Rivas and his Promoter. Whyte ban for doing so by WBC again. Lost his Title shot and maybe more. He din't intend to cheat, he cheated!!! your confusing yourself, that why the WBC took any chance of a title shot away, the one he so desperately seeking, is all but gone, just like that B sample. But nothing crooked except your thinking.,

Valdez literally said he'll stay at 126 to fight Warrington. This was like 2 weeks ago

Nah he vacated Stevenson fighting for that title next. Framton will follow him up there and read he wants Berchel @130. Fighters say a lot at first promoters have the final say usually

He wouldn’t even fight Carl frampton in the UK after promising to do so. So why would be fight Josh “Freaking” Warrington in the UK?

Valdez said the only way he'll stay at 126 is if he fights Warrington or Frampton. That's the fight Frank should've tried to make.

I'm saying the board had reasonable doubt with the evidence presented. It has nothing to do with my personal opinion because i'm waiting for all the facts before a make my opinion on whether he cheated or not. So should you.

But the board didn't know he was dirty did they otherwise it would have been a cut and shut case with the fight being called off and Whyte getting a long ban. There was doubt after Whyte presented evidence. VADA was a part of that evidence. They weren't just going to let him fight without grounds to do so.

He probably wants Framton but not Warrington. TR and Valdez's team, knows Frampton is desperate and is willing to chase them up to 130 where he wants to fight and will have the advantage. Bob probably din't want Valdez - Warrington, this works out better for them.

Still Leo Santa Cruz is the biggest star in the sport at 126lbs, and you'd likely have to come with more than just the amorphus "big offer" to have anyone come to ****ing Leeds and fight the local Leeds kid in Leeds.

Funny that Warren didn't say **** about Gary Russell Jr though, lol
