I hadnt heard any limits put on the weight/rehydration. Kathy Duva only said the initial issue was the money but then they negotiated to the amount that made the fight realistic. I hope Canelo doesnt go through b.s like he did with Jacobs... yet jacobs was a middleweight, wouldnt be suprised if they try it. Kov should tell them '175 or no fight'... at this point it does seem canelo needs Kov more then other way round.

Problem is HeroNelo isn't willing to fight on even grounds. He isn't willing to go to 175 with no concessions from Kovalev or Yarde. He's going to ask for something ****** like a 170lb catchweight and not allow any weight over 175 on fight night. Just wait.

How this article state that Kov is only a slight favourite??? Lol. Against a complete nobody who hasnt boxed anyone in the top 20 maybe even top 30, had only 12 amateur bouts and hasnt shown anything special in his boxing ability to say he can cause Kovalev any problems. He had to change his style, but he's not a fancy Dan, he looks stiff, like a cheap Ward imitation. Body and head shots have dropped him. That gives a big hitter, like Yarde, a lot of punch options.

Since the real Middleweight champ will get his title back this year. The top contender, Canelo who took the real champ to the limit in the rematch, after losing the first fight, should fight Andrade. Winner gets a shot at GGG. That should clarify the division by May 5th.

I agree but Yardes power hasnt been proven at world level yet. Having a 95% ko ratio against extremely low level competition doesnt say alot when you aint been against anyone of any note, makes it all the more a interesting bout but overall I dont think Yarde will be able to cope with the strength and power of Kov... after all the last thing a fighter loses is his power.
