Hes exactly what the sports needs. Under his dictatorship in UFC the best are always fighting the best and at least 2 ppv’s per year have stacked cards. Meanwhile in boxing we get the best fighting uber drivers for 2-3 year stretches. For example: Until Danny Garcia got to 147 he fought a buncha cherries aka Rod Salkas.

        Imagine this card..

        Main event: Fury vs Wilder
        Undercard: Thurman vs. Broner
        Tank Davis vs Haney/Farmer

This is just going to create even more division in the sport, though I think not many top boxers would align with them. I like Dana and think he'd do great but boxing can never be ran like the UFC and the big players aren't going to let him have a seat at the table. The other promoters will never play ball with him. He'd have to be coming in with a PBC type roster and that isn't happening.

I use to watch ESPN Friday night fights on ESPN free. Now Bozo expects me to purchase a UFC fight pass for a Roy Jones Jr. promotion event. But go ahead Dana, show us how its done.

That card would never happen because Dana pays his fighters **** all.

And who wants to see Thurman/Bronwe?

Exactly! The big complaint from fighters in the UFC is how little they get paid.

How will Dana attract fighters unless he's willing to spend? Then what will his UFC fighters say if he's suddenly paying boxers the big bucks?

I can't see how Dana will disrupt the industry, though it's always good to see someone try and bring something new to the table.
