Keith deserves respect because he fought his heart out. He came up short this time. He needs to get back in the ring with a solid midrange fighter before fighting the top guys again. He needs to work on a few things and practise them in the ring. Problem is those body shots.

It was a cw so why doesn't nel o deserve a fight without cw? No, it's embarrassing thurman asking Pac for rematch considering what thurman said before fight! Why should Pac give another chance? You want thurman to jmm Pac don't you?
Yes. Floyd fought Canelo at a catchweight. An old past prime fighter meet a young guy in his peak in the middle on weight. That's a fair compromise, would you not agree? Being the catchweight king, Manny knows a thing or two about that. (Even though Manny's catchweights were far more egregious and unnecessary... but that's a different discussion for another topic.)

But back to what I was saying...

Thurman gave Manny a close fight. Floyd schooled Manny. Thurman deserves a second fight with Manny more than Manny deserves a second fight with Mayweather. Manny will look like a hypocrite if he continues to demand a rematch with Floyd, but denies Thurman an opportunity to win his belt back. What I'm saying is completely reasonable. I'm being fair here.

Well, the judges said Floyd won. The press said Floyd won. Every reputable person that follows boxing said Floyd won. Doesn't really matter what a couple people in Spain think.

          e.
No.A CW isn't necessary if you want to achieve greatness. If you want to get things in favour like floyds famous for long before fight with nelo then sure go ahead Floyd. But it wasn't in floyds best interest.
Short term gain ie Floyd gets win, but lifetime of pain ie his legacy is effected. Floyd always worried present and not long term. 36 years of age isn't old now is it after PAC beat Thurman. PACs had 25 fights more than Floyd much more wear and tear also.
Nelo deserves rematchmore than Thurman does

Rematches and all these sort of things are not ideal for Manny Pacqauio at this stage. 'He beat Thurman, and now he is chasing even bigger fights' The Bottom line is? Keith Thurman stated that he was going to knock Pacqauio out in the early rounds, and in the process end his career 'He did not achieve or back up any of those statements'.

Keith Thurman had his chance at ending a legends career, but he did not capitalize upon that opportunity.

Isn't LSC having the same issue? He said something about his girl helping choose what fights he takes and that she doesn't want him to get hurt? I get that they are in love but this is their chance to immortalize themselves. A good wife is hard to find but they can soften a fighter.
