Welp you can take back what I said after the fight that Thurman was respectful and not a typical "i was robbed" crybaby.

He knows pac is on the end of his career and dont have time for rematches. Pac is chasing Spence and still trying to lull Floyd out of retirement.

Thurman should first give Porter and Garcia rematches. Now he knows how it feels to beg for a rematch

Nobody thought Pac would win easy and it was always going to be competitive. If they fought 5 times it'd be nip and tuck. The fact it was competitive as it was is no reason for a rematch
But the way thurman talked before fight he should be embarrassed, should jog on with tail between legs.

thurman needs to be honest. he should have just said the fight was a lot closer instead of saying it was a draw. loss a bit respect for thurman for saying that. no way the fight was a draw, thurman came back but he still didnt do enough because pac was still picking him off in some of the later rounds like in the 10th round.

Fighting Crawford is the only path for Thurman to get the Pacman rematch. After all that talk of retiring Manny.

I would be ok for a rematch if Pac doesn't unify. But it seems he's eager to get the other belts (perhaps that would be enticing enough for Floyd to come out)

                But yeah.

                My 2020 bucketlist:

                Pacquiao vs Spence/Porter

                Thurman vs Crawford

                Ugas vs Lipinets

                Danny G. vs Mikey G.

                Khan vs Broner

The fight was extremely close. So close, that I don’t know even if the knock down made a difference. Although Keith got hurt in the 10th, he still fought back which made it only a 10-9 round. It was a pro Pacquiao crowd, and there was quite of few rounds that the crowd was silent. But, Manny is the legend with the bigger name. Keith had to do more to pull it off. He didn’t. And most likely he will not get the rematch. He should fight Ugas and the winner gets another title shot. Manny will probably fight the winner of Spence/Porter. Although I have a feeling Mikey Garcia might slip in and get the fight with Manny for a big money fight.

What does Thurman do now, whine like woman! When the reality is Pac has maybe 1 or 2 fights left in him at the top level. It would be a good fight, rematch but not now.
Yes, Thurman continuing to sound like the diva he has become over the last few years. Imo he's just looking for another big payday to pad his retirement fund without having to fight Spence.

Did Thurman give Porter a rematch? Did Thurman give Danny Garcia a rematch? Those fights were "hella close" too! GTFOH! I used to like Thurman, but they way he was ducking Spence was disgraceful!

                      December 26, 2018:

Despite his nearly two-year absence, Thurman (28-0, 22 KOs) has never lost and still feels like he's the top welterweight in boxing. But who's second on his list?

"Keith Thurman No. 1, Errol Spence No. 2 and everything else is debatable," Thurman told a pool of reporters after his press conference. "I've said it many, many, many times, I don't give 'Bud' Crawford any credit at 147 yet. He hasn't gotten any credentials off of me."

                      May 27, 2019:

“Keith Thurman versus Errol Spence is the next Floyd-Pacquiao. It’s the next Oscar-Tito Trinidad, and we need to make sure that the world knows. Once I handle this (against Pacquiao), and I elevate myself and (Spence) elevates himself, then we fight on another elevated platform. We could have fought two years ago for what; $1.6 million, $1.8 million? What does that do? And what does that do for the winner?”

Thurman said Spence needs more time to gain popularity, and credited Mikey Garcia for the success of Spence’s first pay-per-view event when he defeated Garcia in March. Garcia, who has a big Latino following, and Spence, the IBF champion, generated more than 350,000 PPV buys and had an announced attendance of 47,000 at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas.

“I also believe that Errol Spence has a little more popularity to grow in the sport of boxing,” Thurman said. “Let’s make sure (Thurman-Spence) is bigger (than Spence-Garcia), and he’s going to elevate himself if he unifies the title that I unified if he gets the WBC.”

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif.— Keith Thurman doesn’t believe Manny Pacquiao belongs in the conversation for best welterweight, but the former unified champion didn’t ac
