      I would drop De La Hoya and add Winky Wright.

      Wright beat Quartey, McKart twice, Mosley twice and Trinidad in that time period. He only lost to Hopkins and Paul Williams. I’m not sure there’s a better resume during that time period.

        But you would have to include Hopkins over Winky as Winky was done by 2007 and Hopkins had a better run then him

                      I would include Cotto for one simple reason.
                      Without the plaster wraps that Margacheato used he wins that fight and is considered the top guy at WW in 2008. Pacquiao hadn’t moved up yet and Floyd was “retired.”
