But people on here were saying it was gonna take place in USA? I tried to tell them, I mean we don't really know for sure yet.

I remember weeks ago Eddie Hearn said we would finally know the location in like 2 days time, yet nope, we're still scratching our heads. The most likely option looks like Cardiff, so that Twitter boxing troll who created a fake rumour did it on the merit to just grab attention for himself.

I don't care where y'all fight, just fight and get the rematch finalized already.

Fight is bigger over in UK, boxing is a small sport in comparison to NBA, NFL etc. Face it United States boxing scene is dismal, besides what does a location have to do with it? If Ruiz can KO him it wouldn't matter which country it was in.

Where have you been? All the recent shady things going on with boxing in England especially letting a fight go on knowing one of the fighters was on peds and not notifying
                His opponent.

He also said it was going to take place somewhere we weren't expecting. A lot of people took that to mean Vegas, but I kinda took that as Hearn trying to put it on in Africa. Joshua has been wanting to fight there for a minute, and it would make sense if Ruiz is serious about not wanting to fight in the UK and Joshua's team is hesitant to send him back to America.

Purse speculation on my part, but I take this delay as Africa falling through and now Joshua demanding it take place in the UK.

If Joshua wants it in the UK and it is in the contract that he has final say on the venue, then what is the issue here? Hearn has already said numerous times that Ruiz can't do anything about it. So what is the hold up? Why not announce the fight already?
