At this point maybe they are waiting to see whats up with Joshua vs Ruiz II. If these sides can't agree on a deal maybe Wilder vs Ruiz can be made for all the belts. Maybe a 2% chance of that going down, but this is boxing who f#cking knows what might happen so might not be a bad idea to leave your options open.
